Qatar also on the Naughty Step

Qatar’s Arab neighbors want to send this sheikhdom to the naughty step for breaking with the ‘Arab collective.’ Earlier today I mentioned Oman’s breaking with Saudi desires, and now I point you to Susan MacDougall’s piece on Qatar.
